I have had the privilege to be associated with Jen for a number of years. She helped me connect with and deal with the loss of my husband and son. The first time I talked to Jen was during the pandemic, so it was on zoom with my friend (who made the appointment for me) by my side taking notes.  Jen didn’t know anything about me including my name and, because I was skeptical at first, I didn’t give any feedback when she just started talking.  Within moments my mind was blown, my jaw literally dropped and stayed that way for an unfortunate amount of time, while my whole perception shifted.
