Terms of Agreement

Statement Of Agreement:

• The reading you schedule with The Thinning Veil is intended for entertainment purposes only. Please be aware that neither The Thinning Veil, Jennifer Kaley Roelof, nor any of its employees can be held liable for any actions taken, or lack thereof, based on any information or communication provided during the service.

• Jennifer Kaley Roelof is not a medical professional and does not claim to be one. Therefore, any information or communication provided during the reading should not replace consulting a medical professional who can diagnose, prescribe, treat, or cure any ailment or affliction, physical or psychological, in nature.

• By seeking Jennifer Kaley Roelof's services, clients acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms of this agreement.

• All readings are conducted virtually using Skype, Zoom, or FaceTime or a regular phone call. In-person readings are not available at this time.

• You must be an adult (18+ years old) to participate in a reading.

 

Confidentiality Policy:

• Any personal information you share with Jennifer will be kept completely private and confidential.

• Readings or coaching sessions are not recorded by Jennifer and your contact information provided to The Thinning Veil is not shared.

 

​Guest and Group Policy:

• You can bring up to 2 guests in a 60-minute reading. Max 3 people total including yourself. If you have 4 or more people, please schedule a group reading since there are different rates for a group of this size.

• If you include guests in your reading, you won't be able to split it into separate private sessions. 

• Both shared readings and group readings are done with all participants present so everyone present will be hearing each other's messages. This is important to consider before inviting guests or booking a group session.

• Please be aware that guests aren't recommended in 30-minute appointments.

 

Rescheduling Policy:

• We need 24 Hours' notice before the appointment to reschedule. If not, we will consider the services rendered and won't be able to refund your payment.

 

Recording Policy:

• Consider taking notes, as you may want to refer back to them later.

• Video recording is not permitted; however, audio recording is allowed. In choosing to audio record the reading, you acknowledge and agree that any manner of recording shall and will be intended for your personal use only and will not be reproduced or distributed for profit, public presentation, or any media purposes. Please note that Jennifer does not record the audio for you.
